Active Video Balun Receiver for use with the Single Channel Active Balun Transmitter to receive a CCTV video signal from up to 3000ft away. You can also use this with a Passive Video Balun to receive the signal but your video transmission distance will be a max of 1500ft. Video baluns are commonly used to overcome the 800ft distance limitations for video transmission over a coax cable. Baluns are compatible with analog security cameras that have BNC output, and that output to a standard analog CCTV Security DVR. Please note this unit receives video only from only one camera/balun. This unit requires 12V DC power for itself to amplify the signal.
