This CCTV enclosure with Infrared is an outdoor security camera housing for use with Box Cameras. As long as your Box camera is sensitivie to detecting IR LED light, you can expect up to 250ft of night vision in complete darkness in a 15° wide beam width.

The enclosure can use either 12VDC or 24V AC power input. It has an internal power output that is matched to the power input.

There is a built-in heating element to keep the camera warm, and internal fan helps circulate and vent out air in hot weather to ensure camera operation at temperatures as high as 120°F.

We recommend using any of our IR sensitive Box cameras that accept 12V DC or 24V AC power.

Please note that most box cameras are not infrared sensitive, which means they will not be able to see in darkness even when used with this enclosure. It is commonly assumed that cameras with the Day & Night feature will pick up infrared light, however it is incorrect to assume so.
